TFAC- ASP Survey 2006-2007

Tobacco Advertising, Sponsorship and Promotion (ASP)
Survey

Big Tobacco spends $875 million per year on advertising in New York State! We need your help to find out how that money is being spent in our community, and who is refusing to take Big Tobacco’s money. TFAC is looking to identify incidences of tobacco industry advertising, sponsorship, and promotion in our communities, and we are encouraging everyone to get involved. By completing this survey, you will be helping to identify ways that the tobacco industry is targeting our youth and disparate populations through advertising and marketing tactics, as well as businesses, agencies and groups who deserve recognition for standing up against Big Tobacco.

To help promote this important initiative, TFAC will be recognizing those who help gather this important information. Individuals who answer at least five questions will be recognized at our annual awards event in the fall. Please note that multiple entries for one question WILL count as multiple answers.

Please enter as much information as possible for each question. You may attach additional sheets or make photocopies as necessary to report multiple entries per question. The form may also be completed electronically by typing directly into the boxes.
